ORDERING
Q: How do I place an order?
A: For custom created Envelopments invitations, your order is placed after you have had a personal design consultation with us. Do It Yourself Envelopments orders can be placed via e-mail or phone. You may however order sample packs online by selecting the components and adding them to cart.
Samples and products in both or Silver Collection and Cavania Collection can be ordered online or via e-mail, phone or calling into our invitation studio.
Q: Why are some items not priced?
A: For our Envelopment products, we offer a full-service custom invitation that also offers supplies supplies to do-it-yourself clients. Prices for our products are based upon the style, quantity and custom services that you may need. The invitations we create are as unique as the people who order them. Please see our Custom Quote section for guidelines then contact us with the details of your needs. Retail pricing for Envelopments for the Do-it-yourself artist are available as a download.
Q: What is the average price range to have full service custom invitations made?
A: Since each custom Envelopments invitation is unique, pricing varies according to many factors. An average price range per wedding invitation is between £4.50 to £9.00. The price depends on the outer, the cardstock type used, the amount of layers required on the main invitation body, how many printed inserts are required such as RSVP and RSVP envelope, direction card, reception card, accommodation and guest information and the type of embellishment or decoration required. As a full service client, consultation for design and assembly is included.
Q: Can I buy the components and make my own invitation?
A: Yes of course! Envelopments® and ribbons can be purchased for your own DIY projects. Please read our minimum order requirements and contact us with quantity, colour and sizes you need. We'll be happy to give you a quote and can have components shipped to you. You may also want to read our FAQ's for do it yourself clients. We have Envelopments swatch sample decks available to buy online for £9.95 or you can pick these up at our invitation studio for £8.95 or you can view the colour swatches online, although please note that computer monitors and photography will not represent the colours perfectly and for colour matching and we recommend that cardstock should be seen for real within a swatch deck or sample.
Q: What are the minimum orders?
A: For custom designed Envelopment invitations, the minimum is 10 of the same invitation. For DIY clients, we ask that all Envelopments® orders are placed in increments of 10 units per style, size, and colour. Envelopment component orders under £50 are subject to a £5.00 service fee. For Cavania and Contaminacion Graphica orders, the minimum orders are stipulated on each component.
Q: Do you have a shop that I can visit?
A: Yes we do! We have an invitation studio above our shop in Tenterden in Kent which is open to the public. Here you can view our designs and catalogues, and due to the fact that this is very much a personalised service and some custom designs meetings can take some time, we recommend that you call for an appointment to ensure that our designers and staff are available and not in meetings with clients when you arrive..
Q: Does Anatoli Invites keep Envelopments® components or any ribbons in stock?
A: Since each customer has different invitation design needs, we custom order all our components and ribbons, although we do have a broad selection of ribbons which are available by the metre, and embellishments in our shop which is below our invitation studio. This method keeps our overhead low and our pricing reasonable.
Q: Do you offer quantity discounts?
A: Most of our discounts are already built in to our pricing structure., however we offer one free courier delivery on orders over £500.

Q: How do I request a price quote for the Envelopments products?
A: If you are looking for full service please tell us your design needs by completing the Envelopments Quotation Form. If you would only like to purchase components, please complete the envelopments order form and we will contact you with prices and delivery dates. Include your event date and time frame in which you wish to proceed. Since you have access to the design elements online, any sizing, colour and quantity details should be included in your quote request.
Q: Do you offer custom services?
A: For all Envelopments® products, we offer custom cutting, hole-punching, scoring and die-cutting services. These services may require additional time and special pricing. For Contaminacion Graphica and Cavania orders we offer customisation wording for invitations, menus, order of service and order of the day, but depending on the content may be subject to further charges. Cavania items can also be ordered with blank inserts for you to print yourself.
PAYMENT & RETURNS
Q: What methods of payment does Anatoli Invites accept?
A: We accept the following methods of payment: All major debit and credit cards, personal cheques, and Paypal. Custom Envelopment orders are placed with a 50% deposit and the balance is due upon delivery which will include the relevant shipping costs. All online orders via our shopping cart are paid for in full when placing your order. Please allow 10 business days for a cheque to clear and your order to begin processing. Also please note that your debit card/credit card statement will show the transaction as billed by 'PURELY EMBELLISHMENTS' this is our registered business address with the Inland Revenue.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Since all our orders are custom, all sales are final unless it is due to an error on our part. Please call us to arrange a return if necessary.
Q: What about VAT?
A: VAT is included in all prices quoted on the website.
SHIPPING & LEAD TIME
Q: What is the lead time on orders?
A: Most Envelopments supply only orders will ship within three weeks or sooner from the time the order is processed. Please allow three months or more for Envelopments full service custom designed wedding invitations. We want to ensure that the creation process is enjoyable and reflects the personal style and details of your special event.
Contaminacion Graphica Silver Collection will ship within 14 days of placing your order, however a rush delivery service is available with an additional cost of £45 on orders received before 10:00am Monday to Friday only), orders are generally despatched within 48 hours (Monday to Friday only).
Cavania orders will take up to four weeks for despatch, but should you require your delivery sooner than 4 weeks then a £20 express surcharge will apply.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: You will receive one free courier delivery for all Envelopment orders that total £500 or more. For Envelopment orders less than £500.00 shipping is charged at cost, all deliveries are sent either Royal Mail Next Day or by next day courier, whichever works out more cost effective.
Contaminacion Graphica orders include delivery to all UK mainland addresses, addresses outside UK mainland (ROI, Channel Islands and Jersey) will incur a £20 delivery charge. For all orders under £25 (other than single sample orders) will incur an additional £8 delivery charge.
Cavania orders are subject to shipping fees which will be charged at cost and sent by either Royal Mail next day or courier, whichever works out most cost effective.

Q: What sort of printing does Anatoli Invites provide?
A: We offer inkjet and colour laser printing.
Q: What about font styles and custom wording?
A: For our Envelopments products, we have numerous fonts available to us and custom wording with specific fonts can also be included in your design, please detail this on your enquiry page. As our client, we will design with you to make sure the style chosen reflects the details of your event.
For both Contaminacion Graphica and Cavania designs, please select the font and wording required when placing your order.
Q: How does the process work?
A: Once we have agreed the size and colours required we will place the order for the components. We will then begin the design procedure and e-mail you electronic proofs for your approval for each of the printed components within the invitation or stationery set. Any amendments/additions should be e-mailed back to us. This process is iterative until we are happy with the print design. One final approval of this we will print and assemble a sample proof and post this out for your approval. Only once we receive your written approval will we print and assemble your stationery.
DO IT YOURSELF QUESTIONS
Q: How do I place an order for supplies only on the Envelopments range?
A: As with all Envelopment resellers within the UK we have an online selling restriction which means that we cannot sell Envelopments components through our shopping cart on the website. Please either e-mail, telephone, complete the order request form or call into our invitation design studio. Make sure that you read through our minimum order requirements and determine what supplies you wish to order. All our products have colour and sizing information available online for your reference.
Q: Can I run the card stocks, papers, and translucent papers through my printer?
A: Most Envelopments® are printer friendly. With all the different brands of computer printers and inks on the market, we can't guarantee compatibility. We can tell you that in our experience, flat feed laser printers can handle most of the smooth card stocks, papers, and translucent papers. Many of the smooth card stocks also work with ink jet printers. The textured card stocks may have difficulties. Please make sure to do your own paper test to determine if your laser or inkjet printer is compatible. If you do have difficulty, all is not lost, we can print the components for you to later assemble, please ask for further information.
Q: Do I need to use outer envelopes when mailing Envelopments® ?
A: We recommended that outer envelopes are used when sending Envelopments®. If you want a brilliant colour to make a statement, we recommend you choose crystal clear envelopes which offer further protection to your stationery.
Q: Do you give out samples?
A: We have a sample service for the Envelopments range. Please refer to the sample section of the website, and order online.
For all our off the shelf ranges you can buy one sample per design, please note however that all the samples are copyrighted and cannot be copied, as this is a breach of the copyright laws and breach is subject to prosecution. Please order your samples by selecting them from the website.
As a custom client, our primary focus is that your individuality is reflected in the invitation created for your event. Since we create everything on a per client basis, we do not send out samples of custom work. Instead, we have imagery on the website with the design process and elements listed for each invitation. Mini-swatch decks of the Envelopments® paper colours are available for purchase. They are business card sized and have actual swatches of all the available colours. We have found that it's better to have one of these on hand when you are coordinating other items with your colour scheme, so that the colours are accurate.
