SHIPPING & LEAD TIME 

Q: What is the lead time on orders?
A: Most Envelopments supply only orders will ship within three weeks or sooner from the time the order is processed.  Please allow three months or more for Envelopments full service custom designed wedding invitations. We want to ensure that the creation process is enjoyable and reflects the personal style and details of your special event. 

Q: How much is delivery to the Mainland UK?
A: You will receive one free courier delivery for all Envelopment orders that total £500 or more (UK mainland only). For Envelopment orders less than £500.00 shipping is charged at cost up to a maximum charge of £6.99, these terms refer to weekday UK mainland deliveries, all deliveries are sent either Royal Mail Next Day or by next day courier.  If you would prefer a cheaper non insured option such as parcel post, please let us know, however we must emphasise that although a proof of postage is obtained on despatch, your order is then is the hands of the Royal Mail who do not guarantee next day delivery. 

Q: Do you delivery overseas?

A: No, unfortunately we currently only supply our products within the UK mainland.  Although we will deliver to Ireland and the Channel Islands, delivery will be charged at cost.
